AdvisorWorx provides expertise in clinical analysis, compliance, and strategy development.
As lead designer with the Agile Interactive team, Josh partnered with AdvisorWorx to assist in the UX/UI of IntakeLinQ, a patient care management dashboard. With a clear view of what features should be prioritized, these included:
- Intuitive Navigation: Streamlined menus and reduced clicks for faster access to patient data.
- Patient Timeline View: A clear, visual snapshot of history, milestones, and treatments.
- Communication Hub: Centralized clinician notes and updates to keep care teams aligned.
Strategy to Action
Our design approach for IntakeLinQ transformed a complex healthcare concept into a user-friendly, actionable platform. The strategy emphasized UX/UI with intuitive dashboards, seamless workflows, and prioritized patient information. Focus areas included:

With healthcare experience guiding the work, the team delivered UX/UI validation, wireframes, and workflow designs aligned with stakeholders. Though the product didn’t reach market, the process built a strong foundation for future development. Proof-of-concept highlights:
